Sworn translations in Argentina are made by sworn translators belonging to Colegio de Traductores Públicos. By the stamp and seal, the translators certify the translation and are legally and criminally responsible for their work. Moreover, there is a judgement which states that sworn translations are public documents.

In order for a sworn translation to be a valid, it is necessary that it meets with some formalities. In some cases, it may take an Apostille or may be certified before Colegio de Traductores Pùblicos.
